Return Policy

1. Right of return

1.1. You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

1.2 To exercise your right of return, please contact our customer service at info@berbersan.at to arrange a return.

2. Return conditions

2.1. The returned goods must be in their original condition and in the original packaging.

2.2 Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.

2.3. The return of personalized or specially manufactured products is excluded.

3. Return process

3.1. Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization. You will receive return instructions and the address to which you should send the goods.

3.2. Pack the goods securely and include the purchase receipt or order number.

4. Return costs

4.1. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the goods arrived faulty or damaged. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4.2. In the event of a legitimate return, we will refund the original shipping costs.

5. Refunds

5.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method used.

5.2 You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Exchange of products

6.1. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6.2. Any price differences between the returned product and the new product will be offset accordingly.
