Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs

For shipping within Austria, we charge a flat rate of €3.90. For orders over €40, we offer free shipping. Shipping to Germany costs €4.90. For shipping within Europe, we charge a flat rate of €9.90. All other international shipping costs €29.90.

We ship internationally.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery within Austria typically takes 3–5 business days after payment has been received. For Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the rest of the EU, delivery may take 5–7 business days. If any delays occur, we will inform you promptly.

4. Carriers

We ship our packages with reliable carriers such as DPD. Tracking is usually available and will be provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs Fees

For deliveries to non‑EU countries, such as Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These are not included in the prices shown and must be borne by the customer.
